Our Content may only be placed on websites that:

If you use a script to gather information from our RSS feeds, you must use a server-side scripting language such as PHP or ASP, not JavaScript. You must gather the data from the feeds at regular intervals of an hour or more and store it in a database. Using a script that gathers data from our site with every page load is not permitted.

FoodInScope provides the Content at no charge, and you may not charge users for accessing FoodInScope Content or attempt to sell our Content in any way.

FoodInScope reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any Content, your access to Content, the availability of Content, or these Terms of Use at any time, without liability. You agree to remove all of the Content from your website upon receiving notice of termination from FoodInScope. LIABILITY OF FOODINSCOPE MEDIA AND ITS LICENSORS

The accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Content, software, text, graphics, links, or other materials provided on or via the Services. Compliance with government regulations related to disclosures regarding prescription medications, or the performance or compliance of any software related to the Content made available on the Services. That your access to or use of the Services or its contents will be free from disruptions, viruses, or damage to your hardware or telecommunication systems. To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither FoodInScope nor its affiliates, licensors, contractors, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor any third parties mentioned on the Services, will be responsible for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, consequential, or special damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, damages due to loss of data, or business interruptions) resulting from your use or inability to use the Content or the Services, even if FoodInScope has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party sites linked to or from our Services, sites framed within the Services, third-party websites displayed in search results, or third-party advertisements. FoodInScope makes no representations regarding the content or accuracy of any third-party materials. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FoodInScope, along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from any claims, actions, or demands, liabilities, and settlements. LOCATION AND SURVIVAL

FoodInScope is located in Riga, Latvia. We make no claims that the Content is suitable for access or download outside of Latvia. Accessing the Content may not be lawful for certain individuals or in certain countries. If you choose to access the Services from outside of Latvia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for adhering to the laws of your jurisdiction.

The following provisions will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Use for any reason: Location and Survival, Liability of FoodInScope and its licensors, Comments, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, No Waiver, and Complete Agreement and Amendment.

JURISDICTION

You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes with FoodInScope, or in any way related to your use of the Services and/or the Content, resides in the courts of Latvia. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Latvia in connection with any such dispute, including any claims involving FoodInScope or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunications providers, and content providers.

These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by a court with competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term or condition.

COMMENTS

All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, provided, or offered to FoodInScope through the Content and/or Services, or otherwise made in connection with your use of the Content and/or Services (collectively referred to as “Submissions”), shall remain the property of FoodInScope. By disclosing, submitting, or offering any Submissions, you assign to FoodInScope all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Submissions. FoodInScope has no obligation to (1) keep any Submissions confidential; (2) compensate you for any Submissions; or (3) respond to any Submissions.

You agree not to post or transmit through the Services any Submissions or material that:

  • Advertises or promotes any product or service that has not received prior written approval from FoodInScope.

FoodInScope has no obligation to store or return any Submissions and reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, delete, or remove any Submissions it deems in violation of these terms.

FoodInScope reserves the right to:

  • Remove or refuse to post any Submissions for any reason.
  • Disclose your identity or other information to third parties claiming that your material violates their rights.
  • Take any necessary or appropriate action regarding Submissions that violate the Terms of Use, infringe upon rights, threaten personal safety, or could create liability for FoodInScope.
  • Take legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services.
  • Terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Use.

While FoodInScope will cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court orders regarding identity disclosure of users posting materials, it cannot review all materials prior to posting and cannot guarantee the prompt removal of objectionable content. Additionally, any delay or omission by FoodInScope to exercise or take advantage of any right or remedy that FoodInScope has or may have hereunder will not operate as a waiver of any right or remedy.
